NHBF Author: Rhonda DeChambeau

Rhonda DeChambeau (she/her) is a writer and poet who grew up in a small New England town. After graduating with a degree in English from Harvard University, she earned her MFA from the Vermont College of Fine Arts. A lover of libraries, Rhonda served as the 2022-2023 Associates of the Boston Public Library Writer-in-Residence, where she wrote Top Heavy, her debut young adult novel. Rhonda’s second novel, a middle grade novel-in-verse, is scheduled to release in the Fall of 2026. When she’s not writing, Rhonda teaches creative writing at GrubStreet, a nonprofit writing center in Boston. Rhonda lives in Massachusetts with her husband and two almost-adult children, who are her biggest fans.

This author is scheduled to appear at the NH Book Festival which will be held at the Capitol Center for the Arts & NHBF Festival Village on South Main Street in Concord, NH on October 3-4, 2025.
