The first round of Ladybug Picture Book Award voting closed last
week and we are ready to move on to round 2. Eighty-one people weighed
in on the preliminary list of nominees and we have eliminated from
consideration any title that did not get at least 10% of the total votes
cast. All NH librarians are invited to cast a vote for the 10 titles from this short-list that they think should be nominated for the 2023 Ladybug Picture Book Award.
These titles were suggested by NH librarians as nominees for the 2023 Ladybug Picture Book Award, were determined to be eligible for nomination, and received at least 10% of the votes in the first round of voting. Titles marked with an asterisk (*) were longlisted in
previous years.
