Alexandria Peary was appointed as the New Hampshire Poet Laureate in October by the Executive Council and will serve in this position until March 2024.
Her most recent book of poetry, The Water Draft, is "half surrealist romp, half anti-art, half taxonomy of our bizarro nation, these poems are wholly a love song to irreverence.
