Narwhals and unicorns, what’s not to love? This beautifully
illustrated book is about an adorable unicorn, Kelp, who is born under water and
likes his life where he is accepted by a group of narwhals. Kelp then discovers
the world of Unicorns on land and his search for where he belongs begins. The Bulletin of the Center for Children’s
Books said in January 2017, “Swap the tired Ugly Duckling for this delightfully
absurd tale of knowing who you are and where you came from.”
