 Pete the Cat: I Love My White Shoes was written by Eric Litwin & illustrated by James Dean (both of whom live in Georgia). Pete the Cat has been written about on blogs and recorded in videos. There is a big list of links to these things on Litwin's website. Harper Collins, which published this book, has several downloadable songs and activities available.
