The winner of the 2008 Ladybug Picture Book Award is When Dinosaurs Came with Everything by Elise Broach and illustrated by David Small which was published by Atheneum Books for Young Readers (an imprint of Simon & Schuster.) This book received 3,344 of the 19,518 votes cast this year.
