Harry Potter does have a Granite State connection!

I have, up to now, resisted the urge to comment in any way on the Harry Potter inspired hysteria that swept the world in recent weeks because it had no connection to New Hampshire. Of course local libraries and bookstores had big events and lots of Granite State Readers read the final volume of the series -- or at least bought it ( you know who you are) -- but it is not a NH author, setting, publisher, or anything else I thought made it relevant to this blog. However, the Concord Monitor reported this week that the paper on which Deathly Hallows was printed came from Fraser Papers in Gorham, NH.
