The Ladybug Picture Book Award nominee voting came to a close this week and we expected to announce the list of nominees for 2022 today. However, there was a tie among 8 books for the last few spots on the nominee list.
In order to select among these equally favored books we are asking the NH library community to vote again in a tie-breaking round. There are eight books to choose from, and over the next week you may vote for one. You can vote if you work in a NH library, whether you voted in the first round or not.
These are the titles that are contending for the last few spots on the nominee list:
- Bodies Are Cool
- Watercress
- Milo Imagines the World
- Fred Gets Dressed
- Milk and Juice: A Recycling Romance
- Our Table
- Share Some Kindness, Bring Some Light
- The Very Impatient Caterpillar
The ballot (which you can only complete once) is at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/LadybugTIE2022 and will remain open until 11:45pm on Sunday, 4/10/2022.
