This Blog is a Year Old Today

The first posting to this blog was made exactly one year ago today. Since then there have been 4917 pageloads of the blog (mine don't count) and an average of 265 unique visitors per month. These statistics come from a program called StatCounter that I installed on the blog.

The one-year point seems like a good time to consider how this particular project is going. To that end I am seeking some feedback from the readers of this blog:

  • What do you like about this blog?
  • What don't you like?
  • Is there a particular type of posting you would like to see more (or less) of?
If you want to add a comment to this posting with your feedback, that would be fine.
If you would rather send me an email with your thoughts that would be fine too.

Happy Birthday!

I read your blog through rss, so my "visits" aren't being counted through statcounter, along with all the other folks who might read that way -

I really appreciate this blog and its focus - more blogging libraries, especially on a state level, in nh is a great thing!

I like the focus of the posts and the frequency - my only suggestion would be to do more promotion of the blog itself in other mediums - many librarians seem to not know about it, or fail to check it frequently.

Keep up the great work -

I so enjoy reading this blog. I love the book reviews about books by NH authors, especially the older ones I may never have heard of. I would enjoy an occasional spotlight on NH libraries, even the ones without a website. Thanks so much for all you do.
