Providing a brief primer on the history of diners in New Hampshire this volume includes diners that started in our state (some remaining, some long gone), lunch wagons and popcorn carts, diners that came here from elsewhere, diners that started here and have moved on, and diners built in place. Numerous photographs illustrate the book.
