Because of the snow and freezing cold temperatures in many parts of the country a lot of schools are closed. With the Letters About Literature postmark deadline fast approaching (January 10 for levels 1 and 2) the National Coordinator for LAL wanted us to let everyone know that entries will be accepted past the postmark deadline of January 10. All entries received at the national office (in Virginia) by January 21st will be entered in this year's competition.
